Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a refund. Refunds will only be assessed if the item does not arrive within 15 business days or if it is damaged upon arrival.

Please be aware that if you're seeking a refund for undelivered items, we'll need to collaborate with the appropriate delivery companies to investigate your order. Since these companies are accountable for the package's delivery, we must receive a refund from them before we can issue your refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@ittarafragrances.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll issue you a full refund if the item did not arrive. If your item was damaged upon arrival, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not the shipping cost.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our items cannot be returned as they contain liquid. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
